  Log into your Blazar Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
